I’m a warm, practical, intuitive and curious therapist with over 20 years of experience with all kinds of people in many settings, including agencies, primary care, schools and private practice. Since I’ve found that clients usually seek therapy with an urgency to make things better to reduce the intensity, frequency and duration of difficult emotions or experiences. I typically take a two-tiered approach where we make sure we address current concerns while also establishing a deep foundation for long term healing and growth. I listen closely and am flexible and interested in pursuing what is helpful, and leaving behind the things that aren’t.
