Perhaps you're in transition and unsure how to land in a better place. No matter what, we will begin your sessions making sure you feel safe and seen and heard. You will know that your story matters. I'm fully trained in evidenced-based therapy for couples and families (EFT), trauma treatment (EMDR), and creative processing using art and sand tray. I give tools based in brain science to help you cope while we simultaneously build up your strengths and shed light into stuck places.
