I am passionate about helping clients who struggle with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and other behavioral and mental health issues. It is very rewarding to witness lives change when clients gain insight into their behavior patterns and develop healthy coping skills and self-esteem, so that they can enjoy a happy, fulfilling life. I enjoy helping people through this process and encouraging them to take small risks in order to achieve their life goals.
