Remember when you were young and couldn't wait to grow up and make your own decisions? It turns out that's a lot more complicated than we realized, isn't it? We can so easily feel bogged down in complicated, even overwhelming emotions. I specialize in helping you to understand "whys" behind these emotional reactions and the "hows" to promote lasting change. I offer therapeutic sevices to young and older adults both in person and through telehealth. As a therapist, I am committed to providing an accepting, non-judgmental space to better understand yourself and find new ways of moving forward.
