I consider myself trauma-informed specializing in narcissistic abuse and the impact of trauma on mental health. Trauma also includes issues that people experience around small and large aggressions due to their sexual orientation, gender and racial identity.In addition, to issues related to trauma, I also have experience working with individuals who have been diagnosed with ADHD as adults. Often undiagnosed ADHD leads to multiple issues around depression and anxiety due to not having language and systems in place that support you to function at your best
