As of 9/3/24 my practice is OPEN for new clients who are available M-F, 9am-3pm, for telehealth appointments only. Sometimes life throws us unexpected curve balls that are difficult to manage. Other times, we may find ourselves struggling to manage day to day life even without any major life changes. Therapy can be an important tool for helping us manage both unexpected events as well as the stresses of daily life.
