I am a licensed psychotherapist with 18 years of clinical experience working in the mental health and addiction field. I have worked with a wide variety of populations. I have helped individuals overcome anxiety and depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, life stressors, trauma, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Treatment modalities are determined by the needs of the individual. I provide a warm, nonjudgemental approach and work together with my clients to accomplish success.
