I am passionate about collaborating with people to develop their strengths and learn new skills so they are more able to manage their moods, process painful life events and improve relationships. Therapy is not a magic wand that changes everything overnight but gives one the affirmative support and knowledge to make changes and gain insights which are life transforming. I use an eclectic approach to therapy by employing techniques which focus on the strengths of each individual. I have had years of experience in working with individuals, couples, families and groups. I am currently doing telehealth visits on line.
