I work with individuals and couples facing infidelity, betrayal, neurodiversity, and complex relationship challenges. My approach is grounded in attachment theory and informed by evidence-based modalities including the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered care. I tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs and goals of my clients and remain flexible as new insights emerge and goals evolve. I place strong emphasis on helping clients understand how neurodiversity shapes perception, communication, emotional View 4 Photos regulation, and relationship dynamics. I support individuals and couples in building effective communication skills, increasing emotional awareness, and developing secure attachment bonds. As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the therapy space, offering validation, understanding, and practical guidance.
