I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving individuals and families. I have worked in a variety of settings with adults, adolescents and children for over 30 years, but currently see clients exclusively via Telehealth. I am a strength based, solution-focused therapist who works to guide and empower clients to effectively navigate through the challenges that life presents. I encourage clients to build on their existing strengthens and develop healthy patterns to achieve their goals.
