With a down-to-earth and empathic approach, I work with clients to create a relationship built on trust where clients can feel heard, understood, and truly known. Therapy is about helping you work through your own problems through exploring your past experiences, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is not to fix you, but rather to help you work through your struggles and create a more meaningful life. My practice focuses on couples and individual counseling. Clients frequently present with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, family conflicts, grief, life transition concerns, and a multitude of other issues. Whether working with individuals or couples, I will help you feel connected, learn to communicate honestly, and build relationships that feel safe, fulfilling, and supported. My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. Together will will explore your histories, patterns, and thoughts.
