I specialize in working with adolescents, male and female. My approach as a psychotherapist is humanistic," we take it as it comes". My clinical approach brings compassion, Evidence-Based Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing when working with individuals or family members during the treatment process. Working in Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy has been an honor to work with clients, primarily female. My goal is to help a client be the best version of themselves, while enjoying the process with horses as their partners.
