English | español I am a bilingual, bi-cultural psychotherapist with the capability to provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I strive to provide a comfortable, judgement-free, therapeutic relationship with my clients in order to help them develop insight into their past and current struggles. I am passionate about helping individuals process and heal their childhood wounds as these early experiences can have a huge impact throughout the course of our lives and can manifest in several different ways, such as, relationship issues, addictions, mental health struggles, or create challenges in navigating life transitions. I offer in person sessions in San Diego and telehealth video sessions all over California. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents entering young adulthood, couples, the lgbtq+ community, and simply any individuals seeking to address what is impeding them from living their best quality of life.
