I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals by coming up with a plan that is tailored to the needs of each client. I utilize a variety of techniques including: CBT, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness. I have worked extensively with Depression, and Anxiety Disorders including Panic, GAD, and Selective Mutism. Life transitions can be stressful, whether it is a new baby, parental challenges, or taking care of an aging parent. My office is a very supportive, non-judgmental place where you can share whatever life challenges you are looking to overcome.
