I work with a diversity of clients throughout the lifespan including those experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, life transitions, chronic pain and illness, issues related to women’s mental wellness, and clients in the LGBTQ+ community. I believe that our journey through life offers us many opportunities for change and growth, as well as transitions which may be emotionally and psychologically challenging. It is through a trusting and thoughtful connection in therapy that support, strength, and solutions can be found. I utilize an Integrative Therapy approach. Therapeutic modalities include Person-Centered Therapy, Grief Therapy, Gender-Affirming Therapy, Solution Focused therapy, CBT, Internal Family Systems, and ACT. I have additional training in disordered eating, erotically expansive clients, and sex therapy. I am a Certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP).
