I believe healing begins the moment we feel truly seen. I delight in working with adults in their 30s into retirement who are navigating life transitions, untangling old pain, or longing for a deeper sense of connection and peace. If you have never been in therapy before, then this is an act of courage to take this step. Talking to someone about your fears, your hopes, your dreams? Earth-shattering! Trusting someone with your secrets? Terrifying. I promise, though, in an hour, you don't have to unfold your entire life. We will gradually get through the raw, the difficult, and even the tawdry. My approach is both gentle and practical, with some humor along the way.
