As an ASAT-c, I utilize Patrick Carnes' 30 Task model to help you navigate the complexities of compulsive or problematic sexual behavior, sexual and porn addiction. As a CCPS-c, I help betrayed partners of addicts overcome trauma caused by their significant other. I am also EMDR trained which can be added to therapy to help overcome years of trauma/ I utilize the Gottman Method to help couples foster healthier relationships, build trust, and regain intimacy. I endeavor to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely discuss your struggles.
