I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arkansas with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. I offer therapy to children (ages 6+), adolescents, adults, and seniors. My areas of expertise include trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and serious mental illness. I have a strong background in family therapy, play therapy, and trauma-informed care, with particular interest in generational trauma, parent-child relational challenges, and healing from childhood trauma.
