I am a couples and individual therapist and a clinical hypnotherapist. I help people with the many challenges that impact their daily lives. I work with people who are struggling with their relationships, depression, anxiety, stress, parenting and other challenges they face. I use hypnosis with clients so that they can relieve their suffering and practice mindfulness and relaxation in their lives.
