Hello there. My name is Tina and I've been practicing therapy for over 10 years. I am dedicated to helping individuals struggling with past trauma live happier, more fulfilling lives. Making the choice to talk to someone about what you've experienced is deeply personal work. I understand and celebrate you for the courage it took for you to get here. During our initial session, we'll start with brief introductions. Following that, we'll complete an assessment to help me understand the challenges that led you to therapy. This will help us create a plan to address the issues you want to work on in follow-up sessions.
