I have 30 years of experience providing compassionate, collaborative mental health support for individuals and couples. My areas of expertise include adoption and foster care, complex parenting, transition to adulthood, and LGBTQIA-related concerns. I use empathy and humor, with a focus on relational, narrative, and CBT approaches. I provide a trusting therapeutic space for self-discovery, growth, and coping with life's challenges.
