My name is Karen Ware, and I am a liscensed Marriage and Famuly Therapist and a Clinical Counselor. I specialize is working with adults with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief. I listen with the goal of understanding you and your unique circumstances. In our first few sessions, I will be getting to know you and taking a deep look at the issues bringing you to therapy. I will make suggestions and ask you to try things between sessions. I am passionate about this work because I enjoy watching people transform their lives, get to know and accept themselves, and feel good about themselves and the life they create. I have years of experience working with mood disorders and anxiety. I enjoy helping both traditional and non-traditional relationship issues. I have a lot of experience guiding individuals through grief, loss of a loved one or an important relationship or goal. I have experience supporting those with medical issues.
