Hello, I am a bilingual clinical psychologist originally from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, currently licensed in the state of New Jersey. I have 15 years of experience helping my clients in the understanding of their emotions and personal circumstances, to along side of them work on becoming improved versions of themselves. I have vast experience working with clients that have experienced complex trauma. In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and an explanation of the therapeutic process. Afterwards, dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
