At Spring Forward Psychotherapy, LLC, my mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate care to adults and teenagers (14 and older) struggling with mental health issues or who need help processing daily life and routine stressors. I compound the benefits of movement, nature and thought processing by providing therapy as "walk and talks" in local parks (or via teletherapy). Therapy is a safe and confidential space to lay out your first draft of ideas without judgment to allow you to process and refine and edit thoughts before sharing with loved ones and your support network.
