I am currently seeing NY residents by video and OH residents in person or by video. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who want help with disordered eating, anxiety, and/or depression. Exploring conscious and less conscious thoughts and feelings helps to bring internal conflicts to light and resolve emotional pain. I have a supportive and calm demeanor that helps people open up about their inner life and find new ways to cope. I often recommend use of nutritionists, physicians and other professionals to best address the whole person and reduce uncomfortable and relentless symptoms.
