Are you feeling lost and alone in your struggles? There are times in life when we need guidance, education and support to navigate through difficult experiences. I recall the saying, "It takes a village to raise a child". I believe we need a village around us for a lifetime. Why go it alone when there are others to help? We are social beings after all. As a therapist, I use an eclectic approach pulling from various methods to best meet your individual needs. I also work closely with other practitioners as needed. My clients often find me to be relaxed, empathic and nurturing, often using humor as a healing element.
