My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment to identify challenges and help you find some balance in your life, while creating a nurturing and safe environment to become vulnerable to help change your trajectory. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, foster parents, foster and adoptive children, as well as dealing with relationship issues. I have more than 12 years of experience as a therapist and 10 years of experience as a case manager. Some of my preferred therapeutic techniques are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness.
