Karen is a Licensed Professional Counselor & a National Certified Counselor with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health & addictions. She gained her Maters in Community Mental Health Counseling in 1997 from Wilmington University, in DE. Karen is licensed in VA, DE & MD. She holds a tremendous amount of experience with mental health, addictions, & is a certified trauma therapist. Karen strongly promotes integrated health services to better enhance health & wellbeing. Karen strongly believes in a holistic approach. She encompasses all components of your life & assists you with envisioning how all issues are interrelated.
