I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 25 years. I worked with men, women, teens, and families on a wide variety of issues. I help clients work through everything from problems adjusting to new challenges to longstanding issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Many of the people I work with also have Attention Deficit Disorder. ADHD may be either the focus of our work or just a facet we consider when addressing other problems. I enjoy helping people move from a place they can no longer tolerate to one where they feel happier and more effective.
