Hi there, I'm Kari Buchholz, LCSW! For over a decade, I've been teaming up with folks and families, helping them move towards living a life that is genuine, connected, and fulfilling. Jumping into therapy isn't easy, but I aim to bring honesty, empathy, and a good dose of laughter to our sessions. I've had the privilege of working with people across all stages of life, specializing in OCD and anxiety, children and families, and trauma-informed care. I'm big on providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment, and I'm committed to continuing to learn as much as I can about how to help you as an individual.
