I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults work through personal struggles that cause functional impairments. I utilize a holistic therapy approach focusing on each individual's emotional, relational, and physical needs. This modality helps to inspire and guide clients to change towards a healthier and more balanced life so that they can thrive. A key component to my practice is developing a compassionate and authentic therapeutic relationship with those I work with. Therapy is a safe place where I hope to assist you in exploring the past, creating peace in the present, and developing hope for the future. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arkansas and a Registered Play Therapist. Although my specialty is in play therapy, I am skilled and equipped in other approaches with specialized training in helping individuals with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, attachment issues, and life span counseling including geriatric-specific training.
