Hello, I’m Kari D'Amato. I work primarily with older teens and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, social anxiety, low self-esteem, social problems, depression, ADHD, OCD, body image concerns, and relationship issues with family, friends, or significant others. I also specialize in helping my clients navigate challenging transitions, such as graduating, moving out, starting college, beginning an internship or job, and adulting. In May of this year, I achieved the highest level of licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I am thrilled to now offer virtual sessions to Colorado and Florida clients! View 6 Photos I have an eclectic counseling style, grounded in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and DBT. I also engage in other evidence-based practices, including CBT, Narrative, Gestalt, EMDR, and Brainspotting. I work with diverse clients, including members of the LGBTQAI+ community. If you do not want to travel for a session, I offer virtual sessions.
