Grounded in relational self-awareness and attachment theory, my work focuses on increasing insight, emotional regulation, and healthier relationship patterns to support lasting personal and relational well-being. I specialize in individual counseling for narcissistic abuse recovery, complex trauma, and relational trauma, including intimate partner violence. I also offer couples counseling to improve communication, manage conflict effectively, and rebuild emotional safety through more secure connections.
