My goal is to help each client I work with feel empowered to be an active part of their own healing. I believe that my job is to create a safe space for clients to explore how to use many of their own strengths to get back on track when life has become overwhelming. I focus on teaching skills to bring some immediate relief while also addressing the underlying issues that are contributing to unhelpful patterns that have become part of the problem. I have a practical style that incorporates much warmth and compassion for each person's journey.
