Hello and welcome, I'm Karin. I work with adults of all ages (18+). My areas of expertise are working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem building, trauma, resiliency, concerns/issues faced by historically marginalized communities, identity development, relationship concerns, and working with grief/loss. I work to foster a sense of safety, and collaboration with my clients in order to meet goals and create change. I believe in validating my clients, and joining them while problem solving. I value authenticity both in and outside of therapy, and hope to create a space where everyone can feel safe to be their authentic selves and build insight into themselves.
