Hello! I specialize in the treatment of addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and all related mental health struggles. My primary treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, IFS, and EMDR. Maintaining participation in and control of your life during treatment is paramount for recovery, therefore, I offer virtual treatment which has proven as effective as in-person. Complete abstinence may not be the primary goal, rather, harm reduction may be the goal as we work through trauma and current symptomology.
