I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. My priority is in providing a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment for clients to explore their deepest struggles and concerns. I help clients who are dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss to name a few. I utilize various approaches including psychodynamic, CBT, and mindfulness depending on the unique needs of the client sitting in front of me. I believe we best heal, grow and problem solve in a warm, compassionate environment.
