I am a bilingual psychotherapist (English/Polish) who is devoted to helping adult population resolve the problems that stand in the way of satisfying life. Difficulties with interpersonal relationships and/or daily stressors and anxieties related to work and life are typical reasons for seeking treatment. I create a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere that allows for the open and honest expression of any and all thoughts and feelings. Using the "talking cure", together, we attempt to get to the bottom of the problem and work it through so that life can get back on track and personal goals can be met.
