Does parenting ever feel overwhelming, especially when big emotions or challenging behaviors take over? At Kind Roots, I believe that strong families grow from supportive, connected foundations. I am a child and family therapist who specializes in helping children with behavioral challenges, ADHD, ODD, autism, and anxiety. I work with children to develop tools for managing big emotions, improving self-regulation, and building healthy coping skills. I also partner closely with parents through coaching and evidence-based strategies to manage difficult behaviors, reduce stress, and strengthen confidence in their parenting. Supporting parent mental health is an essential part of the work we do together.
