I am passionate about meeting clients where they are and encouraging empowerment and hope. I am an Independently Licensed Social worker that provides counseling to older adolescents and adults. I specialize in anxiety and depressive disorders, life transitions, and grief and loss. My clinical focus includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and bring a strength-based approach to my work with clients. I work with a wide variety of people needing support through a clinically grounded and yet creative approach to their mental health goals.
