Hello, my name is Karissa Lopez and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe that my clients intrinsically know all of the answers and that therapy is a space to process and to learn some additional skills to move forward to be where you want to be and to live a life that feels good to you. The mind, body, and heart connection is super important to me, and I see my role as someone who is here to walk alongside you, shine a light in some dark corners, offer information to you, and help you make meaningful connections to live a present and effective life that is in alignment with your values.
