I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that mental health means having access to choices and feeling capable of responding rather than reacting to difficult situations. I enjoy supporting clients in trauma healing and use EMDR and parts work interventions. My introduction to mental health actually came from holistic spaces so I incorporate those practices when clients are interested in them.
