Many of my clients are burdened by unresolved trauma that interferes with the way they think, feel, and cope. Together we work to disentangle the way these experiences have held them back from fully living. I have helped clients identify defenses and develop healthy coping skills; create more fulfilling relationships; navigate conception and the postpartum stages; parent in a way they feel proud of; and gain the confidence necessary to advocate for themselves. I also work with clients who aren't quite sure what they want to get out of therapy and we figure it out together.
