No issue is too big for us to sit with together. My clients may have believed they've had to hide parts of themselves, couldn't rely on the people around them to hold and support them, and/or have witnessed or experienced deep pain that show up in the way they carry themselves today. Some of my clients have excellent self-awareness of their patterns or previous experience with therapy and want to take their personal journey a level deeper, or are undergoing spiritual emergence or awakening in consciousness. My practice focuses on body-centered mindfulness. We will explore concerns not only through talking about them and white-knuckling past them, but by slowing down, creating capacity in your nervous system for long lasting change, exploring how they live in your body, and cultivating new, compassionate and empowered ways of experiencing the world.
