Welcome to Three Hearts Therapy and Supervision Services! I offer supervision for LMSWs in MD and individual therapy in both English and Spanish. With experience across schools, clinics, nonprofit agencies, and group practice, I’ve helped many individuals work through anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My specialty is in adjustment disorders, especially for first and second-generation individuals navigating academic, professional, or personal challenges shaped by cultural norms. I’m here to support your growth and healing. I offer personalized therapy using evidence-based treatments like CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness. I believe every person deserves a treatment plan tailored to their unique experiences and learning style. My approach is client-centered and strength-based, focusing on your growth and healing.
