Welcome, I'm glad you are here! I bring experience in education and school counseling settings. I love working with teens, young adults, new mothers, and those navigating life transitions. With specialized training in perinatal mental health, I love supporting women throughout pregnancy, postpartum, all stages of motherhood. Through a relational, humanistic, person-centered lens, I journey alongside my clients to support them in navigating relationships, parenthood, complex trauma, attachment, grief, identity, and life transitions. I enjoy helping my clients discover their values so they can create meaningful change in their lives.
