Welcome to your journey of healing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor & Addiction Specialist specializing in anxiety and chronic doubt, leadership, self image/ self esteem and trauma. My role is to be a compassionate guide through the process of therapy. We walk together to deconstruct narratives that keep you from experiencing your worth in this world. I use trauma and shame informed therapy to construct a space where you can take a breath and be yourself. My goal is that you leave therapy feeling seen, supported, and cared for. I believe in recovery. I believe we can heal and reconcile the parts of ourselves we struggle with. I believe therapy is collaborative and encouraging.
