When we disconnect from our needs and desires, we in turn feel disconnected from ourselves and others. Through therapy, we can learn to reconnect to the parts of ourselves we have neglected and learn to prioritize our needs and wants. I aim to provide a warm and non-judgmental space that allows for growth as well as relief from the burdens you are carrying each day. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults providing individual, group, and family therapy. I am a fully EMDRIA accredited trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.
