I want to offer you an opportunity to pause and honestly self-reflect. My curious, insight-oriented approach will highlight your strengths, teach you skills to tolerate emotions, and encourage you to mindfully process your experiences so you can move forward in meaningful way. I've worked with all ages, and specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, stress, grief, life transitions, people pleasing, & relational conflict. I've trained in MBSR, narcissistic wounding, ERP for OCD, and the neuroscience of trauma. I warmly encourage you to give therapy a chance, join my women's group, or try one of my Hatha yoga or meditation classes.
