The individuals who typically seek my help are adults and parents with children 0-5 who are struggling with depression, PTSD, painful early childhood memories, trauma and neglect, anxiety, abusive relationships and other complex life transitions. In addition, I support parents/caregivers who are struggling with children's challenging behavior and trying to understand the meaning of it. I have extensive experience working with children and supporting their development and emotional regulation.
